1. Introduction and Acceptance

You agree that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one account at 5djl. Multiple accounts, also known as duplicate accounts, are strictly prohibited. This includes accounts registered under different names, addresses, or using different devices or IP addresses. If we detect multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all accounts, void all bets and bonuses, and confiscate any balances. Winnings from duplicate accounts will not be honored.

5. Account Security and Responsibility

All activity conducted through your account is deemed to be authorized by you, regardless of whether such activity was actually performed by you. You are responsible for all transactions made using your account credentials. 6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Currently accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana Lhuillier. Deposits are normally credited to your account instantly. In the event of a deposit delay, you must contact our customer support team with proof of payment. 6.2 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposit, or to an alternative method approved by 5djl. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on account status, payment method, and regulatory requirements.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours for GCash and PayMaya, and within 1-3 business days for bank transfers. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking hours. 5djl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

All withdrawal requests are subject to anti-money laundering checks. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information before processing a withdrawal. Suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant authorities as required under Philippine AML law.

6.3 Fees and Currency

5djl does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers and banks may apply their own fees. You are responsible for any such fees. All transactions at 5djl are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

5djl offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to players. 13. Account Closure and Termination

5djl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraud, suspicious activity, or at the direction of a regulatory authority. Upon closure, you will be notified via email, and any remaining balance (excluding confiscated funds) will be returned to you following verification and deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you will no longer have access to your account, and all pending bonuses will be forfeited.

14. Amendments to Terms
